ASSET ADMINISTRATION SHELL MODELS

MASTA Solutions contribution to standardization

PRODUCTION TRACEABILITY

This document comprises the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) based semantic models for traceability component we were developing within the SISTERS project. They provide the full history of a product instance (a single item, a batch or a whole order) including:

  • A unique, immutable identifiers of the product instance

  • The type, properties and serial numbers of the raw materials used

  • References to the product master data

  • The sequence of timestamped operations performed, their parameters, the ID of the operator, and other logs.

GENERATED SCRAP, RESOURCES AND ENERGY CONCUMPTION

The document available here comprises the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) based semantic models for scrap tracking, and energy and resources consumptions developed in the POET4POEM project, which addresses  challenges of the circularity in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.

MANUFACTURING TASKS

Within PIQ-ME-NOW project realised with ZDMP, we have defined a metamodel of an atomic production task description, which identifies a type of the production task and the relevant parameters. We have developed exemplary models for basic tasks – bending, cutting and transport which we share here. Additional models, corresponding to different operations can be easily defined following the same approach.
