Yesterday we provided the last deliverables of the MATTRESS project, so we are happy to announce that the most human oriented project of MASTA is successfully finishing. We developed components that improve wellbeing of the workers on the shop floor by helping them in choosing the right materials for the job, protecting them for carrying too heavy materials and picking them the right place to put the scrap to storage. Using such components in the factory can help in reducing waste and number of sick leaves of workers because of musculoskeletal disorders, which improves the profitability of the factory and makes the factory less harmful to the environment.
